FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
To save time and get your answers quickly, please try browsing our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. If you can’t find your question below, feel free to reach out to us through our Contact Page. We always do our best to get back to you just as quickly as possible.
What does it mean to ‘send out a proof’ before going to print?
A proof is a digital image of what your complete art will look like, including your personalizations. As a standard practice, your order will be proofed and emailed out to you for your approval before we process your art for printing. Our proofing service is free of charge. With standard service, you will receive your proof within 2-4 business days. We ask that you look over your proof very carefully to check for any spelling or date errors. If no corrections need to be made, simply reply back that you are ready to go to print and the printing process will begin.
Do you offer any other sizes, other than what is listed on the product’s purchase page?
Yes, we sure do. We are a full scale graphics and print shop and can accommodate most requests for unique or very large dimensions. Please feel free to use the purple question button on the page of the design you are interested in and message us your criteria. Our very friendly Help Desk staff will be happy to assist and offer you a quote for your custom needs.
Is it safe to order with a credit card on your site?
Yes, it is! The Paper Metal Canvas & Co. website is fully encrypted and you can rest assured by viewing the green padlock in your browser bar and the https:// viewable in URL. (Not all browsers will display the padlock in a green color, but they will all display the padlock and the https://.) To further ensure your protection, we also use only the safest payment options through checkout offering Paypal for standard Paypal payments and Stripe for your direct credit card payments. Your comfort, security and trust are very important to us.
How do you ship your prints?
We utilize multiple shipping companies to get your art to you just as quickly and reliably as possible. The US Post Office manages the majority of our lighter packages, as well as FedEx and UPS for expedited and/or bulkier orders, such as multiple canvas prints.
How long does it take you to ship my new art to me?
Once your digital proof has been approved, we begin processing your art for printing right away. For metal and paper prints, delivery is typically 3-5 business days. For all mounted canvas prints, delivery is up to two full weeks. If you are on a deadline and need your prints to arrive any earlier than a 7-9 business day turnaround, you may wish to consider purchasing the expedited service option through checkout. Expedited service ensures a 24 hour turnaround for your proof (or 1 business day) with a much shorter transit time frame. For more information on shipping times for standard and expedited service, please see our Shipping & Delivery informational page.
What materials do you use to create your art pieces?
Paper Metal Canvas uses the highest quality materials and inks to ensure superior quality gift giving and decorating. Your art prints are built to last for generations indoors and should be expected to become future heirlooms. For more detail about each medium, please see our About Our Prints informational page.
If I do not like my art piece, may I return it for a refund?

Please note that we take great pride in the quality, construction and design of all of our prints and your satisfaction is very important to us.
