To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- At least 2 photos illustrating the issue
- Your desired resolution
Refunds & Exchanges
Quality custom craftsmanship is guaranteed.
Non-custom Artwork may be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of delivery for any reason for a full refund, less shipping charges.*
Because of the nature of the materials, both custom artwork and digital artwork are non-refundable. If a mistake was made on your custom order, please contact us to email a minimum of 2 clear photos with a message of explanation of what was not made in accordance to your approved proof. You will not need to ship the item back to us. Your art will be promptly replaced at no additional charge to you. Refunds cannot be given on custom items. If no replacement can be made, a store credit will be issued for the amount you paid toward the same or different artwork, to be used at a time that is convenient to you.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will always make every effort to ensure that you will be 100% happy with the outcome of your custom artwork. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, please let us know right away. We will make every effort to make it right.

You may schedule a return within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Please call Customer Service at 954.530.6185 for authorization.
